NICOLE TILYARD
Sales & Marketing Account Executive

As an Account Executive, Nicole is responsible for developing sales strategies designed to gain maximum exposure for IDS. Five years ago Nicole came to the DMC world from the hospitality industry where she sold for over 6 years with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. She works with several FORTUNE 500 companies including GE Healthcare and United Healthcare. Nicole combines strong experience in Operations and Sales and is considered by her clients as a leading expert in designing DMC services with a creative edge.


JAY FRAZIER
Director of Operations

A Graduate of Southeastern Academy of Travel and Tourism in 2000, Jay has over 10 years of operational experience. He has personally operated over 27 million in programs over the years. His attention to detail provides a high level of service unparalleled in the industry. Jay always has a detailed logistic plan and has worked with the best in the industry. Jay has operated shuttle service for over 25,000 attendees, mass moves for off-site events and flawless execution of large meet and greet services.


HOPE VALENTINE
Director of Sales

A graduate of University of Central Florida, Hope started in the DMC business back in 1997. A consistent top sales producer, she has developed and managed large, complex events for FORTUNE 500 companies such as Ford, Procter & Gamble, CVS and Honda. Her creative abilities paired with her logistic sense make for flawless events. She has created an off-site dinner flow for over 5,000 attendees and always has creative and unique ideas to offer. Not only does she know what will work for your group, but works within your budget to bring that WOW factor that is always needed.
